As a birth and postpartum doula serving San Antonio, Bulverde/Spring Branch, and surrounding areas, my services are designed to empower, educate, and support you through your unique journey. Together, we’ll uncover the strength and peace within you, so you feel confident, equipped, and at ease through pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
Whats included
2 in person Prenatal appointments (1-1.5hours long)
These personalized sessions allow us to build a strong connection and prepare for your ideal birth experience. We’ll discuss your birth preferences, comfort techniques, Spinning Babies® balancing stretches, and any questions you have to ensure you feel confident, supported and prepared.
continuous support during active labor and delivery
When the time comes, I will be by your side providing physical, emotional and spiritual support. I’ll encourage you and help you create a peaceful atmosphere as we lean into the prefect design to bring new life into the world.
one Postpartum visit (1 hour)
Your postpartum journey is just as important as birth. During this visit, we’ll celebrate your birth story and address any challenges to ensure you feel loved, cared for and supported as you embrace motherhood.
Plus unlimited texting/call support for any questions that you may have.

my approach
Setting up a FREE call is easy. We will chat to see if I’m a good fit and what you’re looking for in a doula. No pressure, you have many choices and need to find what works best for you!

You decide to hire me
After our call and you decide to hire me- I will send over an agreement form for you to sign and we will make a payment plan if needed.
prenatal appointments & On Call
We will be in contact to set up your prenatal appointments, usually setting them within the 1-2 weeks after hiring me. Then again around 36 weeks, just before birth. I’ll be on call beginning at 38 weeks. Once active labor begins, I’ll stay with you until baby is born. After baby is born I will continue to support via texting/calls and have a postpartum visit to your family.
