Complimentary Consultation-Before making your decision, we’ll chat on the phone to make sure we’re the right fit.

During our consultation, we’ll:

  • Get to know each other

  • Discuss your hopes and goals for birth

  • Answer any questions

  • Talk through how I can best support you and your family

Personalized Pregnancy Support

We’ll prepare for your birth together with two in-home prenatal visits

Together we’ll:

  • Create a personalized birth plan

  • Discuss your birth preferences and goals

  • Learn evidence-based comfort techniques

  • Practice labor positions and movement

  • Encourage optimal positioning as a Spinning Babies Certified Birth Professional

  • Prepare your husband so he feels confident and involved

  • Talk through common interventions and your options

  • Answer any pregnancy or birth questions you have

  • Connect you with trusted local recourses if needed (pelvic floor PT’s, Chiropractors, Lactation consultants, etc.

Continous Labor & Birth Support

I’ll remain by your side until after baby is born.

During labor I’ll provide:

  • Calm reassurance throughout labor

  • Counter pressure and massage

  • Position changes to encourage labor progress

  • Birth ball and peanut ball positioning

  • Breathing and relaxation techniques

  • Encouragement during difficult moments

  • Support creating a calm environment

  • Help keep you nourished and hydrated

  • Evidence-based information as decisions arise

  • Support communicating your birth preferences

  • Encouragement for your Husband so he feels calm, confident, and involved

  • Prayer during labor, if desired

  • Photos and videos throughout labor and birth, if desired

Immediate Postpartum Support

After your baby arrives, I stay for approximately 1-2 hours to help everyone settle in.

This Includes:

  • Support during the First Golden Hour

  • Breastfeeding assistance, if desired

  • Skin-to-skin encouragement

  • Helping you get comfortable for recovery

  • Answering questions before I leave

  • Capturing a few photos of your growing family, if desired

Postpartum follow-up visit at home

During your postpartum visit we’ll:

  • Process your birth story together

  • Check on your physical and emotional recovery

  • Answer newborn questions

  • Offer breastfeeding support

  • Discuss your transition into motherhood

  • Make sure you feel supported during those early weeks

Plus unlimited texting/call support for any questions that you may have and also On call beginning at 38 weeks

Here is an overview of my process and what to expect.

free consultation call

Setting up a FREE call is easy. We will chat to see if I’m a good fit and what you’re looking for in a doula. No pressure, you have many choices and need to find what works best for you!


You decide to hire me

After our call and you decide to hire me- I will send over an agreement form for you to sign and we will make a payment plan if needed.


prenatal appointments & On Call

We will be in contact to set up your prenatal appointments, usually setting them within the 1-2 weeks after hiring me. Then again around 36 weeks, just before birth. I’ll be on call beginning at 38 weeks. Once active labor begins, I’ll stay with you until baby is born. After baby is born I will continue to support via texting/calls and have a postpartum visit to your family.
